Additional Instructions
  • Deadlines: Prepaid Advanced Registration must be electronically submitted, faxed or mailed no later than 15th of November 2009. Please use one form per person. If you should have problems registering, please contact the conference organiser(s)at nathelietra@unizwa.edu.om or vero@unizwa.edu.om
  • Payment Information: Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed.
  • Incorrect credit card numbers and declined credit cards are considered non payments and registration will not take place.
  • Refund policy:. Conference organisers should be notified of cancellations in writing.
  • If the Conference organisers receives cancellations after 1 December 2009, the conference fee will not be refunded. Please note that refunds will only be made after the conference.
  • If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute person in coordination with the conference oraganisers.
  • Confirmation: Please allow up to 10 days for mailed confirmation of your registration.
